Championing Commerce, Industry, Mining & Agriculture in Zamfara State

ZACCIMA is the apex body of the organised private sector in Zamfara State, Nigeria. As an affiliate of the National Association of Chambers of Commerce, Industry, Mines and Agriculture (NACCIMA) and the Federation of West African Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FWCCI), we represent businesses, entrepreneurs, manufacturers, traders, miners and farmers. We advocate for favourable policies, facilitate access to finance, promote investment, build capacity, and partner with government to drive sustainable economic diversification, job creation and industrial growth.

Access to Finance & Grants

We secure soft loans, government grants and micro-finance opportunities for members — including the recent facilitation of over ₦263 million in grants and the ongoing ₦20 billion soft-loan application.

Investment Promotion & Trade Facilitation

We connect local businesses with investors, promote Zamfara’s potential, and facilitate partnerships through the Zamfara Investment Promotion Agency (ZIPA) and national/international networks.

Capacity Building & Training

We organise workshops, seminars and skill-development programmes to equip members with modern business knowledge, digital commerce tools and best practices in agriculture, mining and industry.

Business Advocacy & Policy Engagement

We champion policies that create a conducive business environment, engage government on security, infrastructure and industrial revival, and ensure the private sector’s voice is heard at the highest level.
History

Our Journey

Since its establishment as the Zamfara State chapter of NACCIMA, ZACCIMA has grown into the indispensable voice of the private sector. We have consistently partnered with successive governments to revive moribund industries, attract investment, and empower businesses despite security and economic challenges.

Affiliation with NACCIMA

Formal establishment as the state chamber representing commerce, industry, mines and agriculture.

Industrial Revival Advocacy

Pushing for the resuscitation of cotton ginneries, textile firms and other moribund industries to boost value addition and job creation.

Strategic Partnerships

Deepened collaboration with ZIPA, the Ministry of Budget & Economic Planning, and the state government for investment promotion and policy formulation.

Major Grant & Loan Facilitation

Secured and facilitated disbursement of ₦263 million in grants to members and applied for ₦20 billion soft loan to boost businesses across the state.

Sustainable Economic Diversification

Hosted landmark AGMs and launched initiatives focused on harnessing local resources for industrial growth, agriculture value chains and long-term prosperity.
